By requesting a commission, you agree to all of the following terms.

For commercial artwork, custom contracts can be negotiated. 

PAYMENT: 

1. Payments accepted through PayPal or credit card. 
2. Currency is USD unless otherwise negotiated. 
3. Payments under 500$- are made upfront. 
4. Payments over 500$+ are 50% upfront, 50% after sketch confirmation.

WORKFLOW: 

1. Our artist put much love and effort into making your commission perfect. Please understand that creation takes time. Deadlines can be negotiated. 
2. Commissions can not be cancelled after the sketch approval. Cancelling prior to sketch approval will apply a kill fee of 50%.

RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP

1. Ownership of commissioned image files is granted to client after full payment.
2. Unless otherwise negotiated, commissioned artworks are for personal use only; using the artwork for monetary gain is not permitted.
3. IllustCafe Studio artists reserve copyrights of all their intellectual property, including commissioned artworks.
